Performance Realty Company, LLC History

Performance Realty Company came to be a common name in Watertown Area Real Estate on January 1, 2003, when it opened its doors for business at 1319 W Main Street in Watertown. Although Performance Realty Company is a brand new name in Real Estate, it is off to an amazing jump start, as it consists of an established team of local real estate professionals. The sole owner, Terry Bear and his fellow associates, all share similar credentials and a common vision. The vision is to create a unique real estate company, with an unmatched level of honesty, integrity, professionalism and motivation perfectly blended with a level of ethical standards, second to none.

Aside from being the only real estate company in town to start business in a newly constructed, state of the art office building; Performance Realty is also the only company to have offered it's own complimentary,company owned moving truck to it's clients and customers. This concept eventually transitioned into creating an actual moving company known today as All Out Movers, LLC. Stop into visit us at our sales office.

Unlike other real estate companies, Performance Realty Company is not looking for ways to cut its advertising budget and expand its sales force, but rather looking for ways to create more satisfied clients and customers. Without our truly satisfied clients and customers, Performance Realty Company, would just be another name in real estate.
